1) Get a blown fuse and solder some wires to the connector so it can still be pushed into the fuse holder.

2) Get an in line fuse holder and switch rated as per the original fuse. 7.5A IIRC

3) Wire them up to your hacked fuse and put the switch through the little grey dash blanking plate that covers a non fitted factory switch.

Then you can just throw the switch for 20 seconds.

That's what I have. Very useful when testing stuff that sets IMA codes all the time.

 

Good idea. Also, every time I pull the ima fuse, it is not the good one. It is not so clear on the fuse box pannel
